I stopped wasting hours mindlessly scrolling on my phone and living an unhealthy lifestyle that was slowly making me feel worse about myself. One day, I came across a video of someone using resistance bands at home with simple workouts. I decided to give it a try and started doing quick workouts whenever I had free time. It honestly changed so much for me. I feel more active, more positive, and much better mentally. What started as a small habit slowly helped me build a healthier lifestyle and become a better version of myself!
FEELING CONFIDENT IN MY OUTFITS
I used to struggle fitting into my favorite dresses and missed out on so many outfits I loved because I felt insecure about my belly fat. Eventually, I decided to make a change. I started doing simple workouts at home during my free time, and through consistency and discipline, I slowly transformed myself.
